I was born and raised in the Columbus area. After graduating from Grove City High School, I earned a Bachelors of Science in Photojournalism from Ohio University. For the next 4 years, I worked as a newspaper photographer for a group of weekly newspapers in Las Vegas, Nevada. I spent an additional year working for the Chillicothe Gazette in Chillicothe, Ohio. Looking for a change, I decided to go back to school. I received an Associates Degree in Veterinary Technology from Bradford School and have worked in the field since graduating. I currently live in Clintonville with my cat, Lily, and love to spend time with family and friends.
