Since we cannot guarantee the authenticity of products purchased from third-party online pharmacies, we will no longer accept email, phone, or fax requests from Chewy, 1800-PetMeds, etc.
We will, however, call medication into human pharmacies like Costco, CVS, Walgreens etc!
Covetrus’ online store offer options for autoship, discounts, and is priced very closely to Chewy, and since they allow stacking discounts, you can often get medications even cheaper. Plus, you are able to get rebates from manufacturers even if you order online!
If you would like to continue using a third-party pharmacy like Chewy, we will be happy to provide you with a physical prescription from our office that you can mail in.

Step 2: Covetrus may contact your vet for approval before shipping
If any items require a prescription, your veterinarian needs to review and approve those items before we can ship your order. Most approvals happen the same day.
Step 3: Your order is delivered directly to your door
You’ll receive email updates to keep you posted on your order’s status. Please note, most orders not using AutoShip will arrive within 3-5 business days. Please plan your refill timing accordingly.
